Job responsibilities/job description:



1. Engaged in HVAC design and management work.

2. Responsible for selecting HVAC related equipment and providing professional opinions on the selection of HVAC equipment;

3. Responsible for the design and review of HVAC drawings, as well as the design estimate and engineering quantity statistics and review of HVAC and air conditioning water specialties;

4. Responsible for technical communication and coordination with design and construction units during project construction;

5. Responsible for preliminary scheme design, on-site investigation, technical communication with the owner, and data collection;


Qualification:


1. College degree or above, graduated from HVAC and related majors;

2. Priority will be given to those with relevant professional qualification certificates, such as first-class construction engineer, HVAC engineer, etc;

3. More than 2 years of relevant work experience;

4. Proficient in using CAD and other construction related software, with English proficiency in reading and writing preferred;

5. Able to adapt to business trips (in the East China region);

6. Having a solid foundation of professional knowledge, proficient in various knowledge required for this major, and possessing a good level of professional skills;
